A creative solution doesn’t happen neat and tidy.
The design process is, well, a process. It’s not quick and dirty (those that offer quick and dirty will produce … dirt — something unoriginal, borrowed, clipped, copied, pirated). Design starts with a desire for order out of chaos. This necessarily does not mean keeping things in line. Sometimes (or dare say most times) the solution requires going outside the lines. The key is to show purpose for the chaos. And, usually, after some time of brainstorming, huddling, conferencing, storyboarding, and maddening tweaks, the solution is realized. Weinreich Design has taken part in many “realizations” over the years and is always looking for the next chaotic opportunity.
